Hi, I’m Monic and I was where you are not long ago.
I was always the first woman in anything I did.
In college, I was the only girl to study electrical engineering.
After college, I was the only woman out of 130 applicants applying for the job.
...I was tired of being the only woman and always having to fight for my position.
