WORK WITH ME
I am Monic Buhrs, an expert on the unwritten rules in business, an executive coach, and a sparring partner for career women. I co-authored several management books, including the bestseller Stratego for Women, which was nominated for Management book of the Year in the Netherlands.
I believe the world improves significantly when women wield more influence. It's my personal mission to empower them to harness this influence. Nearly 30 years ago, I co-founded the In Touch female leadership & career academy to fulfill this mission. Since then, I've coached thousands of women to master the unwritten rules within organizations, recognize their unique strengths, and confidently pursue that next promotion, salary increase, or public speaking opportunity. More than that, I aim to make navigating these challenges enjoyable.
My Story
I was born in the Netherlands and grew up in Australia. Me and my husband now spend our time in different parts of the world like The Netherlands (my base), Sweden, my second home, USA where my daughter lives with her family and Mexico where my son lives. Not a surprise that I love to travel.
I have now developed an online video course to be able to help more women all over the world to navigate their career. Again, if more women take more influence, the world will be be a much better place for everyone. And its my mission to help as many women I can to use their influence.
